Bodyblock is as valuable as any for of protection.
Get your enemies stuck in a corner, and you can wipe them much easily.

They didnt Nerf BuH they completely removed it and changed it altogether, its not even close to what it was,
When they make changes to skills like this that completely make them redundant to every build they where ever used in, they should just remove them completely from the game, anyone remember UB nuff said,
Personally for me after nearly 6 years of playing i dont want to have to scrap all builds and re-roll every few months, but thats my own opinion, some people love changing builds, but for those who "love" changing builds why do you have to wait until Anet nerf to change it......all i want is to log on, run a few areas with my guild mates and log off.

Under powered?
It is actually perfect. This skill helps me give a second wind when my party is almost wiped out.
Low E cost, instant cast, uninterruptable shout, full restore of HP and energy, plus a 33% damage boost. Where in the world does it say underpowered in there?
30 seconds is a long time in battle, more than enough time to finish off the almost dying enemies.
If you want it to be maintainable, I suggest getting two players.

Lots of people are under the impression that skills like this should be maintained indefinitely with minimal or no effort. You are one of the few people that actually understands what the new version of this skill was meant to do.
It's a neat skill if you find yourself in enough bad situations to make it worth the skill slot. Personally, I don't find myself killing most of my party on a regular enough basis to justify using a skill slot on it and I got in the habit of carrying resurrection scrolls a long time ago.
I agree with everyone that has suggested that you should have two characters with the skill if you want to maintain the +33% damage boost.

Ahh screw you, BUH underpowered? Maintainable by a single person? WTF are you smoking?
And while were on the question, WTF stops you from doing like you allways did. Bring BuH on 8 characters, pop a BU for reduced cooldown, maybe a full conset. And then bring 8 damagedealers and kick the monks? Thats a constant 25-33% damage boost and you get 2 more damagedealers and 8 earshot wide party resses every 48 secounds returning you to full HP.
I'm just waiting to see ZB By Ural's Pugway myself...
LF By Ural Noobs - NO HEALERS!
Reality is there's countless oppurtunities for this new shout to become the gimmick of the year. And nothing even stops 1 person ressed by "By Urals" from ressing another person with "By Urals".
The reality is, the OP here is simply not the kind of person to come up with the builds or tweaks that help record times happen. He's just pissed the old gimmick someone else came up with disappeared and cant see the oppurtunities to create something new.

There's one change I would do, to the skill, though.
If there are no enemies in spirit range when the skill ends, you don't die.

That would be abused to heck out of though. Spirit range is no more then earshot, aka the visual circle on your map. Running that far away from enemies after 30 secounds is easy
Though I do agree, but the range would need to be significantly longer.

Spirit range is the halfway point between the agro circle and the compass.
BuH is OP enough with 2 peeps. What it should do is kill players that were rezed by players who were rezed with BuH. Cant make hard mode super easy mode.

And spirit range IS longer than that.
Earshot range is approximately the aggro bubble.
Spirit range is approximately 2.7 times that.
To put it simply. The radius of spirit range in your radar from your dot, will be around between the border of the aggro bubble and the border of the radar itself.
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Range
Radar range would be too much. Spirit range is just fine to consider that the party is 'out of battle'.
